Kyosho has just announced a bumpers set for the 1966 Beetle.

This seems to be a miss from Kyosho. In a recent video, Kyosho’s Mini-Z bodiy’s Manager said, on the white body instruction manual, they forgot to put the bumper has an option to be assemble on the Beetle body. This bumpers set looks to be an answer to the miss.
The bumpers are extremly fragile, they’ll break at the first run.
In this set, the front bumber is to be assemble like the other bumper released recently. However, for the rear, it has to be glued to the body.

Here is the translation of the release:

Important Notice
Since this product is manufactured using a 3D printer, it differs from standard products and requires the following considerations:
- Being a 3D-printed product, slight finishing work may be required due to burrs or minor molding imperfections.
- Although body damage protection is increased, cutting the vertical face of the bumper can make the standard bumper less noticeable.
- The rear bumper must be glued to the body. (An adhesive compatible with PLA resin is recommended.)
Recommended adhesive:
- Loctite strong instant adhesive, gel type, 5 g, LPJ-005
- The purpose of the rear bumper that is attached to the body is to reduce damage to accessory parts.
